Dam Phu My Packaging Joint Stock Company is member of Petro Vietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporations (PVFCCo), belongs to PetroVietnam (PVN). We are manufacturer of packaging products for Packaging industrial such as: cement, fertilizer, agriculture, flour, rice, sugar, chemical… Our main packaging products included:
PolyPropylene (PP) woven bag, PP bag with PE(HDPE, LLDPE)bag inside to pack fertilizer, rice, sugar, flour, agricultural goods, sand, ect. Ultrafine PP woven bag laminated with Kraft (PK bag) and KPK bag (Kraft laminated with PP laer and a kraft layer) for packing cement, animal feeds, ect. PP woven fabric unlaminated and laminated with a Polypropylen layer or a kraft layer...the width of the fabric from 48cm to 120cm (circular roll) and from 96 cm to 240 cm (flat fabric roll). With capacity is 50 million bags/year and many years experience in packaging manufacturing and trading, we are proud to produce and supply many high quality products with competitive prices, better satisfaction for both domestic and foreign customers such as Thailand, Brazil, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Singapore and Cambodia.
In 2014, we are expanding to provide to globe packaging market included:
- Jumbo Bag: ranging from 200-2, 500kg with loaded tube, bottom discharge, 3 open lids, flat bottom.
- BOPP bag for animal feed, shopping bag, ect.
With the advantaged geographical position in the major economic area of the South of Viet Nam, Dam Phu My Packaging J.S.Co is located in the Phu My I Industrial Zone Tan Thanh District Ba Ria Vung Tau province, along the National Route 51 which is connected Ho Chi Minh city and many Industrial Zones in Dong Nai and Binh Duong Provinces, away from the deep port Cai Mep Thi Vai of Ba Ria Vung Tau province 5 km, and away from the International airport around 70 km which will have many advantages for the internal and export markets. At present, DPMPs total area is 50.000 m2 including operating office and two workshops area is 20.000 m2 and the remained area of 30.000 m2 is calling for the potential high standard packaging products for export market.
With the charter capital about 42, 000, 000, 000 (forty two million) VND, and the supporting from Petro Vietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporations (PVFCCo) and other financial partners, DPMP continue to create sustainable value through the continuous investment by upgrading machinery and applying the new management tools.
3. Quality management system and Production Technology
Quality management system Dam Phu My Packaging Joint Stock Company have been applying the 9001:2008 International Organizations for Standardization (ISO) and various supported management programs such as: 5S, Stop, Kaizen.
In 2014, DPMP are proceeding to apply integrated management systems including ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2008 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. Production Technology: Dam Phu My Packaging Joint Stock Companyare equipped machines and equipments of modern technology from India (Lohia), Germany (Stalinger), Japan (NewLong) ... Closed production line from raw material (plastic resin: PP, HDPE / LLDPE / HDPE Kraft paper) to final products(all kinds ofpackaging) to meet the quality and design of customer demand.
