USAGE
This machine isadopted with novel. Micro-computer PLC and Temperature Model Control systerm, touching screen to display, ease of operation, high efficiency and saving energy, cleaniong and safety, accord with the requirement of GMP, it is widely used in pharmacy as well as foodstuff industry, and it is an ideal equipment for tablet, pill, candy, chocolate etc to macke solvent film coating, organic film coating, sugar coating.
Schematic principle
The core will make orbital motion continuously in the clean and sealed rotating roll with many small holes, with the help of plate mixer, turning freely, exchanging fluently, follow the process flow and rational parameter, coating automatically, simultaneously hot wind will be exhausted from the bottom of the holes under the negative pressure of the air exhauster to make the coating medium dry quickly and form a smooth and hard surface of coating medium.
Main Machine
It is adopted with imported stainless steel to be made, with anti-explosion motor, frequency governor, with cleaning device, computer control, controllable program function, touching screen display.
High Efficient Filtering Anti-vibrating Air Heating Blower
It is composed of Anti-explosion Air Blower, steam(electrical) exchanging heater. High efficient filter, purifying air (10000 grades), equipped with reducing vibration and erasure device.
Atomizing Device
It is composed of peristaltic pump, high pressure airless pump, spray gunm silicone rubber pipe, steam and electrothermal double-purpose mixer.(drop pipe for sugar coating)
Dust CLeaning& Anti-vibration Air Exhauster
It is composed of anti-explosion air blower, dust cleaning filter, and also equipped with reducing vibration and erasure device.
Cleaning Device
It is composed of cleaning pump, output water and input water are controlled automatically by computer, equipped with spray gun and rubber pipe.
