Prestressed concrete hollow slab automatic multi-angle cutting machine is used to cut the prestressed concrete component which have been initially formed and reached a certain strength by the diamond saw blade to cut into the size of any width required by user. It can be widely used in cement products and other industries.
The model has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, straight seam, convenient use and high production efficiency. It is a necessary tool for cement products and other industries.
1.3. Use method
When cutting, at first use electronic maker, adjust the cutting speed of feed (retraction) by using the “speed button” on the operation panel. Speed is not too fast, to prevent cutting saw. The speed regulating panel can not adjust, if necessary to adjust, please act in accordance with variable frequency drive instructions.
Thickness of slab: 150-250 model can cut once
Thickness of slab: 260-380 model can cut twice.
Thickness of slab:400 model can cut three times.
