1)How do you deal with sample order?
We accept sample order, different products, different price, even some are free. Details, Please contact us.
2)How do you ship the goods?
According to our customer request, we can provide efficient goods transportation such as sea, air and land transportation.
Sample order sent by express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex etc.
Mass product FOB port: FOB SHANTOU/SHENZHEN
3)When can I get my products?
For a larger order, the time of shipment will be fixed upon receipt of a definite order.
For a small batches of goods, we will ship out the items for you in 3-7 working days, once we confirm your payment.
4)How to make payment?
Paypal for small batch of sample cost will be acceptable.
We are also happy to accept Western Union payment and T/T for most orders.
As for larger quantity goods, we support 30% deposit and 70% T/T before shipment.
5)Can I make payment by Trade Assurance?
