2~24 Channels AES/EBU Optical Transmission Platform
Introduction
CA3U-** module-based audio optical transmission platform consists of two CA-TR optical transceiver platform, Each platform includes 19〞 3U module-based chassis, 2 power supply can be selected, 1 optical transmitting and receiving card, 1 LCD touch display card, the equipment can support up to 12 audio cards, LCD on front panel has showing and warning function, each audio card can input 2 channels AES/EBU. Unique module-based design makes all input and output cable and fiber interface on the rear panel. No need to remove the cable and power off the equipment when you plug In and remove cards, it is convenience for operation and fully meets the usage pattern of broadcasting industry which plug in card via front and connect cable via rear panel, all card supports hot-swap.
An optical transmission platform can be constructed by connect with some distance fiber. The function is as follow: it can transmit up to 24 channels AES/EBU audio via single fiber and single wavelength。
Features
Adopted time division multiplexing technology, it can transmit 24 channels AES/EBU via single fiber dual wavelength.
At both transmitting end and receiving end, equipped with one 3U module-based chassis respectively:
Each chassis has LCD touch display card, up to 2 high performance power supply, 1 card which can be set as transmitting or receiving.
At transmitting end the chassis can supports 1~12 AES/EBU transmitting card, At receiving end the chassis can supports 1~12 AES/EBU receiving card
Each card supports 2 channels AES/EBU
Input compatible with AES signal of all kind of sample rate, it is convenience to interconnect with equipment
Each channels AES signal no need to synchronize， with built in phase-locked loop in the equipment, the signal can synchronize automatically
Equip with standard XRL connector for input/output of each audio card, all card supports hot swap.
With color touch LCD information collection card to show all optical power, wavelength, temperature, optical link loss, the position of each card, and cards status
There are LED indicators on panel for input/output AES signal, optical signal, power supply.
