A double alloy steel plate that is electrically welded to the surface of a soft steel plate using a special alloy welding material for hard metal abrasion.

The wear resistance life is two to three times longer than the existing wear resistance steel plate, AR400.
Anti Wear Plate Features : The basic material consists of chromium carbide tissue containing High C, High Cr, etc. In addition, complex carbide tissues containing Mo, C, Nb, W, and specialized complex carbide with special elements provide excellent wear resistance in extreme friction working environments.
 
Cautions
1. Bending outward of the weld surface may break or break.
2. If you are going to bend, you should bend inside the weld surface.
3. Since cemented carbide welding and cemented carbide welding are not performed, the welding surface should be removed and bonding welding should be performed.
4. Cutting and processing should be performed based on the base material side, not the welding side.
5. No Drilling Toward Welding Surface
