Human Resource Training and Labour Export Branch – Civil Engineering & Construction Corporation No.8 (CIENCO8) was established under the license No.89/LDTBXH-GP issued by the Vietnam Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs in 2008 . Since then, we have been supplying hundreds of thousands Vietnamese manpower to different external markets such as Japan, Taiwan, Macao, Malaysia, Middle East countries, England, Czech Republic, Russia Federation, Slovak, Bulgaria, Poland..etc and been recognized as one of the leading manpower suppliers from Vietnam.
