Our legal service is mainly focused on foreign-related fields and most of our clients are those in foreign trade with Chinese suppliers and the foreign investors in China (under a wholly foreign-owned enterprise or under foreign representative office etc.). Legal services provided to those foreign clients include but not limited to drafting and reviewing of business contracts, legal consultancy, full-stop legal service for business establishment in China, intellectual property protection, and representing foreign clients in various litigation and arbitration cases here in China.
