热中断是一种一维设备，其中温度变化导致中断值发生变化，通常需要通过电线将中断信号传输到计算机控制单元或其他设备。工业热电屏障安装在生产现场和控制室之间的一定距离处，因此这种热电屏障的测量结果具有显着的影响。目前，布线热干扰的方法主要有三种。（1）两线制：一种从连接到热干涉两端的单根导体中引出热干涉信号的方法。这种方法很简单，但是由于连接导体必须存在，线路电阻的大小与导体的材料和长度有关，因此这种类型的线路电阻方法只适用于测量精度较低的情况下使用。

（2）三线制：热绝缘基座的一端接一根根导体，另一端接两根导体。这种类型的系统通常与桥式布置一起使用，可以有效地消除导体引起的干扰。其作用是，它是工业过程控制中最常用的线路堵塞。

（3）四线制：热障的两端连上两根根线，称为四线制。两根根线为热障提供恒定电流，电压信号被转换为其他两根。按下拉线以将信号拉到辅助工作台。看来这种方法可以完全消除布线的干扰效应，主要用于高精度的温度测量。
