Quality :
Steel scrap grade HMS 1+2 in ratio %90-10
10 % HMS No.2 is allowed in the total HMS No.1 and No.2 mixed cargo.
Any excess quantity of HMS No. 2 found above 10 % will be subject to a penalty of 100 USD/mt which means that 1 USD/mt will be penalized for each %1 decrease in HMS No.1
In case when the quantity of HMS No.2 is found more than20 % of the total quantity of HMS No.1 and No.2, then the Buyer holds his right to reject the cargo.
