These are the full automatic sugar cube moulding and packaging machines. The granulated sugar is mixed with a certain amount of water and then the wet sugar is sent to the mould. Here it is pressed in order to take the cubic form. Then the sugar cubes are transferred to the chrome band. The sugar cubes being carried on the chrome band, pass through the ovens and then the coolers consecutively. In the end the sugar cubes are packaged into boxes automatically.
These machines are the perfect option for the industry with the higher production capacity, that is looking for automation, less number of personnel, and longer durability. Compared with the C type, these machines work at a lower rate, and have a higher rate of production. R type full automatic sugar cube machines have the automatic packaging, automatic gluing and automatic box closing systems.
