PTFE sheet/plate is processed by mould press casting and turnery.
Mould press sheet :PTFE resinis shaped under normal temperature by firing and cooling.
Turnery sheet/plate : PTFE resin is used for semifinished products by mould press casting, then shaped by firing and turnery.
1.Application
PTFE Sheet/Plate is not only used for backing strap/gasket , seal components and lubricating material in all kinds of corrosive medium under -180°C~+250°C, but also made of Electrical insulating parts which are working at all kinds of frequency.
2.Appearance
(1)The color of sheet is natural colour of resin
(2)Uniform texture, Smooth appearance, without flaw, air bubble, lamination, mechanical damage, tool marks and other defects.
(3)With little degree of tightness with cloud spots.
(4)Allowed less than 1 pc of 0.1~2mm non-metallic impurity in the 10×10cm area.
