This is non-heading type. It is also called Hakka leaf mustard. It is vigorous and productive Chinese leaf mustard. Light green leaf, conspicuous leaf vein. Leaves are upright with a main board, thick mid rib.It is tender, mild and has good flavor.
Maturity: Early maturing. Mature when 12-15" tall. Approx. 45 days. Continuous harvesting for 8-10 days.
Plant habit: Heat resistance, weatherproof nature. Productive plant, very easy to grow.
Cultivation: Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Both direct sow and transplanting are OK. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed.
Culinary tips: Suitable for salads, soups, stir-fries or pickles. Rich source of vitamins A, B6, C, riboflavin and iron
