  Helmet Spray Coating Line  

Helpmet coating line is configured for automatic conveyor and can be custom designed with manual or 100% automatic. The working process is designed with the following scheme:

 

 

 

Loading -> Electrostatic Dedusting -> pre-heating -> base coat spray -> flash off -> top coat spray -> flash off -> curing -> Cooling -> Unloading -> QC checking -> Packing
