How to Use
1. Make sure to inspect the full-body harness before use.
2. Wear it passing your arms through the shoulder belt.
3. Fasten the buckles of the chest and waist belts until you hear a click and adjust the length of the belt
4. Pass through the leg buckle and adjust the length.
5. Connect the lanyard to the D-ring on your back and double lock the ring to secure it.

Cautions
Do not remove the transparent protective cover from the shock absorber.
• Do not use lanyard if the transparent cover of shock absorber has been damaged
• Wear the harness in the correct way and adjust it without any slack. Incorrect installation may compress the body while falling.
• Be careful not to twist each belt. Torsional installation can cause the body to be pressed or penetrate when falling.
