K Logistics Commissions approved Must be willing to sign NCNDA/IMFPA documents. Ability for parties to conduct inspection of products/commodity must be relayed to facilitator " If Physical inspection is not allowed by seller, no payment whatsoever will be received until valid inspection is conducted and approval reports received with parties presence at the port of loading". Proof of Funds must be provided by buyer before inspection "If Requested" If a physical inspection of the product is required parties must sign a Pre-Contract inspection agreement with K logistics International Trade (the facilitator).
