10 mM dNTP Mix contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP (2-deoxyribonucleotide 5-triphosphates) and is suitable for PCR, sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis and TdT tailing reactions, and is also suitable for diluting radiolabeled dNTPs.

These nucleotides are provided in a convenient, ready-to-use solution at a concentration of 10 mM (in Tris-HCl, pH 7.5). 10 mM dNTP Mix contains all four dNTPs at a final concentration of 10 mM each.
