A Crystallizer can be used in two ways. As a low rotating mixer and as an inverter, where at high rotation water is added to the fat.

Depending on the volume, it varies from 75 millimeter to 150 liters, and the residence time in the crystallizer allows the crystals to grow to the desired size. After that the product can be processed further.
The price depends on the amount and the volume of the crystallizer.
