We are directly with producers supplying copper cathode with maximum 5000MT and Minimum 1000MT per month basis.
Following are the details:

Containerized Delivery : Within 10 days, immediately after signing the
contract received financial instrument, from
buyer, seller will start loading the goods to
buyer destination. Quantity : 5, 000 MT x 12 months with 1000 MT trial as MOQ Payments terms :Payments will be done by Irrevocable, Operative, Non-Transferrable SBLC MT760
Procedures:
1. Buyer issues a LOI / ICPO signed by the final buyer.
2. Seller sends a FCO signed and Buyer signs FCO to show acceptance of the terms.
3. The Buyers Bank approves verbiages SBLC, and give a RWA or Bank comfort letter from his Bank
(Issuing bank of SBLC)
4. Seller sends draft contract.
5. Seller and Buyer discuss on contractual terms, and two parties sign contracts.
6. Seller gives a Prove of Product (POP) and pro forma invoice for the buyer to open a financial
instrument (SBLC).
7. Buyer opens an Irrevocable, Operative, non-transferable SBLC to Sellers financier. Only rated
banks will be accepted.. After SBLC receipt, Seller/Financier, within 5 days maximum, issue
Operative 2% PB to the buyer.
8. Seller/Agent pays for the shipment logistics costs and local customs duties involved in the
arrangement and shipment of the cargo to destination port and amount shall be deduct by after
buyer open SBLC.
9. The Seller appointed shipping firm arranges cargo shipment within 10 days after Buyer issuance
of the payment instrument.
10. Inspection in DRCongo is done by Office Congolais de Controle (OCC) only and SGS or CIQ
inspection
