The crankshaft grinding wheels are mainly used forgrinding a full variety of crankshafts and cam shafts of automobiles, tractors, vehicles. The evenness of hardness and balance performance of the wheels are 30-50 percent higher than of China State Standard. The thickness deviation of a group of the wheels is not more than 0.5mm. The parallel tolerance of two ends is not more than 0.2mm.
Used inmanufacturing various types of crank- shafts for automobile and generator industries. Most wheels are with straight and recessed sides with diameters ranging from 600mm to 1200mm and thickness from 20mm to 100mm.
