After repeated and multiple tests, we finally grapple the advanced technology of tyre pyrolysis carbon black wet granulator and successfully developed a pyrolytic carbon black multi-automatic pelletizing production line: grinding powder-----wet granulation----clean dust----quick drying----auto-bag filler. Our wet granulation machine has solved the problem of domestic tire pyrolysis carbon black and wet granulation, filled the blank of the tire pyrolysis and wet granulation and achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in technology of the world. The technology of the device is mature, and production process is stable, (carbon black particle diameter 0.3-0.7 mm highly polished, more than 98% granulation).
