A4: It Depends on your order quantity, normally 15 working days upon order confirmation.

A5: For monochrome toner cartridge, defect rate is less than 1%.
For color toner cartridge, defect rate is ranging from 1% to 2% for different items.
For print-headed inkjet, defect rate is less than 2%.
