ZD VIBRATING FEEDER

Working principle
The feeding process is realized by using a special vibration motor to power the exciter to drive the feeding chute, leading to Reciprocating vibration.As the feeding chute accelerates, the vertical component is greater than the gravitational acceleration, material in the chute is thrown up and jump forward on a parabolic trajectory.The throwing-up and drop are Instantaneously completed.The feeding chute vibrates continuously along with the persistent excitation of the exciter, material in the chute jumps forward continuously to achieve the purpose of feeding.
