NYYCUK tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. It is designed and manufacturedby the principle of tuning fork vibration. Firstly, it drives the tuning fork through the piezoelectric chip on the sensing rodseat, then another piezoelectric chip receives the vibration signal, so that the vibration signal can be circulated and the sensing rod can generate resonance. When the material contacts the sensing rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until the resonance stops, and the control circuit will output the signal. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensing rod decreases from the front to the back seat, when the materials in the barrel groove pile up around the barrel and touch the sensing rodseat (rear) or discharge, nofalse signal will be generated. In short speaking, the tuning fork generates mechanical vibration under the excitation of piezoelectricchip, which has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, itsvibration frequency and amplitude will change.The electronic circuitdetects the frequency changeand outputs a switchingsignal.
