TPX material is the lightest material in plastic proportion of 0.83, water absorption rate: 0.01%; Melting point: 240℃; Vica softening point 160℃ ~ 170℃; It's the lightest of all plastics. It's non-toxic. Above 100℃ more than polypropylene; More than PC above 150℃; High temperature resistance, clear and transparent, high melting point, chemical resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, alcohol resistance, impact resistance.
Our company uses TPX material produced by Mitai Company in Japan to produce TPX soft mandrils. Compared with the original traditional PP, PA (nylon) mandrils, it is wet-resistant, easy to remove the core, the surface of the rod is smooth, the TPX core has soft performance and good heat resistance, the mandrils (no steel wire and cordless wire inside, no bubble inside), and the rubber tubes are produced with TPX rods with smooth inner wall and uniform inner diameter. At the same time, it increases the stability and reliability of the core. TPX soft mandrel effectively solves the quality problems caused by the performance of traditional PP mandrel. And the length can do more than 1000 meters a root!
