Steam Heat Exchanger

The fin tubes of SZL Radiator Series use OD18X2.0-38, OD 21X2.0-44, OD25X2.5-55 no seam steel tubes. Different quantities of tubes and rows, as long as diffrent length of the tubes form different types of radiator. The floating of thermal medium can be single flow and multi-flow. The pressure of thermal medium is 2.0MPa. And its workingtemperature is under 300 C degree.
The materials of SZL compound pins can be carbon steel, copper, titanium, stainless steel. With the use of bimetal, the tubes of radiator has the characteristic of low thermal resistance, good heat transmission, high intensity, low resistance, not easy to be dusted, imputrescibility durable, handsome in appearance and long life using

Hot medium is heated in a boiler, then be ducted into the fin tubes of heat exchanger, as a result of the fast heating of heat exchanger. Under the boost of the axial fan, the air around become hot and circulate in the chamber.

Oil handling and free heat generation easier because it combines the boiler and heat exchanger in one convenient unit. It can be fully heated within 30munites.
