  • Bacterial starters kefir made on the basis of natural kefir grains. 
     
    Kefir was recognized as a natural probiotic, which activates the body's natural forces.                                 
    Microorganisms of kefir grains can settle down in the intestine, showing a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract and the whole body, preventing it from premature aging. 
    Bacterial starters Kefir-Iprovit was  characterized by a high content of easily digestible protein soluble compounds. 
     
    He has a positive effect on the hematopoietic function of the body and has long been used to stimulate the digestive system, especially in the elderly, for the normalization of carbohydrate and water-salt balance of the person.
     
    Kefir is an effective preventive measure for kidney, heart, diabetes and obesity.
     
    Packing:
    Each box contains 4 vial  of culture.
    1 vial  - for min 1 liter and max 2 liters milk.
     
    Ingredients:
    The microflora of kefir grains,
    Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis,
    Streptococcus thermophilus,
    Saccaromices unisporus
    The product does not contain preservatives, colors and GMO.

    Preparation steps:
    1. Boil the raw milk. (1 - 2 liters).
    2. Cool it down to  30°-37°С.
    3. Open the vial and pour the contents into the milk  and stir.
    4. Allow it stand for 6-9 hours by still keeping the temperature of 30-40°C. (put in thermos or use yogurt maker).
    5. Put in the refrigerator until cooled down to 10°С without stirring.
    Consume in the the next 2-3 days(72 hours).
     
    Storage conditions:
    12 months at a temperature of 2-8°C.
    18 months at a temperature of minus 12-18°C.
