What is Sublimation Transfer Paper?

This product is possible to print it to a hard surface like a coffee mug cup, tile or a soft surface like fabric.
When heated the inks permanently dye the material, You can see various and vivid colors.
Notice
When heated, the ink converts from a solid into a gas, skipping the liquid phase. Then it is printed on the surface. Because make sure you use the sublimation dye ink for the reason.
2. This dye is not immediately transferred in the Sublimation Transfer Paper. Heat and pressure must be applied.
3. Basically dye sublimation ink cannot use on the 100% cotton or natural materials. For example, to make heat transferred on T-shirts, it has to be includes less than 50% of cotton. Good cloths are 100% of polyester yarn. In addition, Always, heat transferring available on the coated materials such as coated steel, coated aluminum, plastic and wood etc.
Process
In first lets prepare to Sublimation Transfer Papers and inks.
2. Prepare a machine that allows you to apply heat and pressure after printing.
3. In 40 seconds or up to 3 minutes, you can get very nice print out.
(For example, normal temperature on the towel, clothes, T-shirts, etc. is only 40~45 seconds and recommended 190 degrees in Celsius.)
4. No need to inquire a large inventory cost. The heat transfer system only requires a computer, a printer, sublimation ink, materials and a specialized heat transfer system machine.
Packing
