Main Technical Specification.
- Lifting capacity ranged from 0.5t to 30t.
- The span (from railcenter to railcenter) ranged from 5.5m to 22.5m.
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), or double speed (like 0.8/8m/min), or variable speed (as 0.8~8m/min).
- Lifting height can be 3m to 30m.
- Trolley traversing speed can be 20m/min or 30m/min.
- Traveling speed of the crane can be designed according to ur requirements
- Control method can be pendant control, cabin control, remote control, or combined one.
- The working duty is A3~A5.
- The working ambient is -25℃-+40℃.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q235B, which should be changed into Q345B when the limit temperature is below -40 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is 65Mn or 42 CrMo.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Nanjing Special Motor.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor is of Schneider.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- Main girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes (picture can be seen in picture).
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.
Delivery
- Delivery time for the whole crane is 10 working days after payment advance.
Shipment
- Dispatch port can be Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or so on China port.
- Open top container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than 12m.
- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than 12m.
- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
