These are constructed so that the roller stand rotates freely around a pivot on a fixed base. When the belt sways to one side, its edge pushes down on the guide roller and causes the roller stand to rotate. When this rotation causes the roller to assume a certain angle in relation to the movement of the belt, a movement force component is generated which compels the belt to realign itself around the centerline in the operation direction.
Because this mechanism operates automatically whenever the belt sways to the left or right, the XUZHOU GUANGHUAN self-aligning carrier ensures the belt is always running straight. This is particularly effective with long belt conveyors.
