Functions:
Mixture milling of natural rubber and making sheet from milled de-sulphurized rubber
To be applied in recyclable-rubber factory and drive-belt factory and conveyor-belt factory and rubber-ware factory and shoe factory and cable factory and rubber-tube factory and seals factory relevant to rubber industry.
Components:
This type is composed of base and support, front roller and back roll, transmission gear, reducer, space control device, roll temperature control device, protect switch, and electrical control system.
Roll material is cold alloy cast iron and has features adequate hardness and anti-grinding. Steamed water or cooling water could be supplied into rolls with control device.
Protect device has following features:
1、electrical protection：In case machine is overloaded.
2、Roll protective fuse device: Fuse shall break immediately if roll pressure is surpassed. And rolls and other components could be protected, maintenance expense is low (model XK-400 is excluded).
3、this type has brake to avoid accidents by pulling safety rod.
