The VersaUV LEC-300 was the first UV printer/cutting plotter in the world.
The machine prints CMYK, white and transparent ink, on a wide variety of materials, such as typical sign media, paper, synthetic and real leather, textiles, foils, BOPP, PE and PET foil.
The VersaUV can be used for creating special effects and reliefs.
The machine is ideal for small print series (for instance with a luxurious finish) and printer's proofs of packaging and labels.
The VersaUV works with flexible Eco-UV inks, which provide fantastic prints and do not crack.
In addition, the VersaUV makes use of LED lamps that have an operating life of 10, 000 hours, which is 5 to 10 times longer than conventional UV halogen lamps.
An additional advantage is that the lamps do not have to be heated up or cooled off between various orders. Therefore, the printer is continuously available for production.
