  Raw Material for Making Pellets 

  A. Wood waste: sawdust, sharvings, tree branches, leaves, barks, wood offcut from woodworking factory; bamboo, palm fiber, etc 

  B. Agricultural residues: rice husk, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, wheat straw, corn stalk, hops, tobacco dross, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, cashew shell, etc 

  Size: Materials must be crushed into sawdust (less than 8mm)before going into pellet mill,

   Smaller size raw material, larger capacity with the pellet machine.

  Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for quality biomass pellets.

  Finished Pellets  

  The finished biomass pellets is generally about 8-12mm in diameter, and the length is generally 4-5 times of the diameter. With small volume, heavy ratio, convenient storage and transportation; High calorific value, combustion resistance, high fuel purity, no sundries that do not generate heat, no sulfur and phosphorus, no corrosion of the boiler, can extend the service life of the boiler; The combustion process will not produce harmful gases to the environment; The ash after burning can be used as organic fertilizer.
