KS-218 is a high substitute of PVA for textile sizing.
The main components of KS-218 is polyether, it’s multi-block *****’s kind of linear macromolecule sizing agent synthesized by block ***** are Polyether and Polyphenyl ester in the molecular chain of phenyl ether while Polyphenyl ester chain is used to enhance the cohesion of serosa, improve the adhesion of terylene fiber and the biological degradation characteristics.Polyether chains give sizing agent of hydrophilic, toughness and desizing of film, get the advantages of Polyester and Polyol sizing agent, is especially suitable for terylene warp sizing.

Operation introduction:
1, pH value was controlled between 6.5-7.5 to make the sizing agent neutral.
2, When mixing the sizing, first feed modified starch, and then slowly add KS sizing agent, heated to 95℃, keep the temperature 30 minutes, corrected concentration, viscosity, ready for use.
Package, storage and transportation:
KS sizing agent packed 25KG/kraft bag. Storage should be dry, ventilated, note moisture when transport.
