Based on manufacturing process, molded pulp products can be divided into two types: Wet-pressed type and Dry-pressed type.
Wet Pressed Type
Raw Material: Sugarcane bagasse, A4 paper, wheat straw, bamboo pulp, corrugated paper and other natural plant fiber; Surface finish: One side is very smooth, the other side usually has mesh texture or venting holes; Thickness: 0.65-1mm, normally 0.8mm; Dimension range: Within L600mm* W600mm*H100mm; Application: Mostly used in disposable tableware, food-grade packaging, small electronic products, cosmetics and other products requiring refined packing. Dry Pressed Type
Raw Material: Corrugated paper, sugarcane bagasse, A4 paper and other natural plant fiber; Surface finish: One side is relatively smooth, the other side is rough; Thickness: 1.5mm-5mm, or thicker; Dimension range: Within L1000mm* W800mm*H300mm; Application: Mostly used as protective packaging for electronics, home appliances, fruits, eggs and some other products requiring better protection but lower price.
