1.Equipment composition
Equipment is mainly composed of water pump unit, frequency conversion control system, diaphragm pressure tank, municipal water supply network protection system (testing instrument, microcomputer intelligent sensor systems), stainless steel pipe system, prevention of polluted water back flow isolation valve, emptying system and vibration insulation device).
Frequency conversion water supply equipment surface is made by stainless steel, the motor and pump been put inside of the stainless steel tube, no need of professional pump room, equipment installation can meet users requirements such vertical mode or horizontal mode installation, can be placed anywhere on the outside, no need of protection from raining, even under conditions of ditch, pool or hung on the walls.
2.Advantages in the secondary water supplying system
A.supermatic
The equipment can achieve supermatic control, manual/automatic shift, main and vice water pump can be changed, pressure adjustment, constant pressure, high and low voltage protection, out of phase protection, electric leakage protection, overload protection, over temperature protection, lack water protection, leakage detection compensation, tripping protection.
B.No noise. Considering the environment requirements, we adopt the no noise professional transducer, this can ensure the noise less than 30dB(the normal equipment is about 140dB), so the equipment can running very quietly.
C.No pollution. All the part are made by stainless steel materials, and the equipment is a completely closed system, that can protect the water from secondary polluting.
D.Non-negative pressure. The equipment has adopt soft running, soft parking, high efficiency smoothing technologies etc., so it will not pollute the electric system. At the same time, the municipal tap water system also can not be polluted.
E.No water hammer. The equipment has hammer elimination valve, this valve can avoid the hammer and protect the water pipes.
3, Blackout without water-break
The equipment will shift it to municipal tap water supplying mode automatically when there has blackout.
4, Variable-frequency constant-pressure
Equipment is always detecting the outlet water pressure through pressure sensor, After detection, compare the detection value with given value, then to determine the number of water pump and the output frequency from the transducer ( motors and pumps rotation speed) , then adjust the water pressure to meet the water tracking curve.
5.Saving investment, reduce the operation cost
This equipment is no need of reservoir, water tank etc., and no need of water treatment instruments, this saves floor area, reduces the building carrying load, thus greatly reduces the investment cost. Pressure superposed, the equipment makes full use of municipal tap water pipe network pressure and superposed it on that basis, this can reduce the number of pump and rotating speed, thus reduces investment and operation cost.
