  Leased Funds Accounts are useful in utilizing and accessing opportunities not readily available if the client does not have sufficient funds or collateral to close transactions. The accounts that we offer can be delivered and verified within 24/48 hours. In addition, if needed, the client can swift using the MT760, MT799, or the MT999 swift format. The proof of funds issued to our clients can be delivered to any preferred destination within 1-3 days. Typically all accounts are reserved for 30, 60, 90 or 365-day terms.

Leased Capital, LLC will meet clients in person or at the Commercial Escrow Service facility in order to make the client comfortable with the escrow process.
