Paver tile is produced by method of the hot pressure with use sand + recycle polymers + and the dye-stuff (ferrous-oxide pigment).
The technology polymer sand production consists in preparation and molding a composite from sand, polymer (plastic waste) and a pigment in a finished product ( tile, paving slabs, etc.)

The shop on production of a tile has to consist of the following production the room:
- production site;
- crushing site;
- warehouse of storage of initial components.
- finished goods warehouse;

SAND In technological process sand is used any (river, career). It is desirable to use dry sand of small fraction sifted without clay and dust-like inclusions. DYE Recommended dye - an iron oxide pigment of an inorganic origin.
