3. Sleeve driving unit: 1 set
It is the important part to fix mandrel.No matter the bottle is big or small, just spin the handed wheel to change the size. Moreover, its X and Y of axes is synchronous motion, so that it makes the mandrel stable and the circle spot accurate.
4.Label's brushing system: 1 set
It continuously use driven set's armed designed theorem.Depends on teh mandrel's size, and adjust the width from handed wheel. Furthermore, it directly touches the mandrel.Forcefully inserting the label on the bottle, it will notbe influenced by static electricity, and so that it is fast and right to insert.
5.Mandrel: 1 set
Whole mandrel design leads labels through cutting plate to cutting sleeve drive system and directly inserts the moving bottles.Accroding to its design of double sleeve driving section, and more over four-spot clipped physical strength makes it more stable.In a long time with high speed running, it will not be deviating from circle spot. So, it is the key part of inserting label right or not.
6.Label accumulator: 1 set
Its design can keep the label into cutting in balance, and it will not influenced by the external force as wind;
7.Sleeve unwind section: 1set
With its design, supporting sport can be changed by different paper core, the range from 5 inches to 10 inches;

9.Steam shrink tunnel or Power shrink tunnle: 1 set
Using low pressure saturated of steamed inner adjusted blower, it is variable for all kinds of curve bottles.It shrinks totally, so it saves the steam energy.It is made of stainless steel of shrink tunnel covering.Inside the machine, distributed many kinds of steam adjusted pipes and valves, all are for hand control freely.The other way, with the machine there is a blower to clean the extra steam out.
