Doru Fancy Master Multi-Color Yarn Dyeing Machine
This machine dyeing system is combination of all multi-color dyeing systems now used in Textile industry.
Our customers prefer which type of dyeing head in their machine, we produced according to their demand.
There are 3 types of dyeing system on the machine. You can check them from the photos and vides. One is giving contamination effect on yarn, this means you can get melange effect. Second one is direct spraying with nozzles. You can dye your yarn continiously by usind this dyeing system. Third one is rotary spraying dyeing with nozzles. You put dots on yarn. These dots intentsity depends on you. How many nozzles you want , you use them. More nozzles more intensity.
Machine lay out is like this; cone creel, dyeing group, pre dryer cabins and hank winding group. This machine speed is 20 -400 meter / min. according to type of production.
