Even if a high pressure (such as 32MPa) is used, the 60m3 concrete trailer pump will not appear oil leakage problem.
The main electrical components are from Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider and other companies. They are controlled by PLC and equipped with a text display, which makes the operation convenient and comfortable.
The main oil pump of 60m3 concrete pump adopts hydraulic control and electric proportional control technology. The electric proportional can realize the stepless adjustment of the concrete delivery volume through the operation button, and the liquid control realizes the stepless adjustment through the speed control valve.
Adopting full hydraulic commutation, the commutation is stable and reliable, and the impact is small.
The portable 60m3 concrete pump adopts open hydraulic circuit, which is convenient for oil cooling (generally oil temperature is around 55℃), equipped with Liming high-precision filter and Mobil hydraulic oil to keep the cleanliness of hydraulic oil over NAS8 level, greatly reducing the failure rate .
Equipped with high-low pressure module switching function, the module can be switched between high-pressure and low-pressure pumping at 90℃, which is convenient, reliable, and no oil leakage.
The distribution valve of 60cbm mobile concrete trailer pump is a compensable S-tube valve, which can automatically compensate the wear gap of the cutting ring and extend the service life.
