Microcapsule for carbonless paper
Microcapsule is an essential coating material in NCR paper or carbonless paper manufacturing especially for the CB (Coated Back) and CFB (Coated Front and Back) of the NCR paper layer.
The wall of capsule is made of melamine formaldehyde resin. The core is the synthetic product of Special solvents and colorless dyestuff CVL.
1. Particle size: 2-7um, narrowly distributed.
2. Solids conten: 40±1%, 50±1%.
3. PH: 7.5-10.
4. Color display: blue (or red, black, yellow) .
5. Viscosity: 20-120mpa.s at 20 degrees.
