PHYSICAL SIZE: 0-100mm
TRIAL SHIPMENT: 100MT +/- 10%
REGULAR SHIPMENT: 200MT- 1000MT monthly subject to supply availability
PARTIAL SHIPMENT: Allowed
ASSIGNMENT: Allowed. The supply can be assigned or transferred in whole or in part to another seller to ensure regular delivery on terms agreed by the Buyer
SHIPMENT: Not later than 30 days after payment confirmation
INCOTERM: FOB
PORT OF LOADING: Any Nigerian port
INSPECTION: SGS or any of its equivalent
PACKING: PP bags or Buyer can specify and discuss with Seller
PRICE: USD12.50 per % of Pb content /MT FOB
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment shall be by L/C payable at sight with 80% provisional payment effected at sight against presentation of shipping documents obtained at the loading port, and 20% final payment effected against inspection at the discharge port.
MINIMUM CONTRACT: One (1) Year
