Quality Control:We have professional QC team who will do 100% full check before shipment to make sure that all the goods are in good condition.
Packing: Normally packed by bubble bag, gift box service supported, gift box cost will be at client's account.
Lead time: 30-35 days for existing models with tooling.
60-70 days for customized product (Open tooling, hardware & software development)

After sale service:
1 year warranty: We will provide 1 year free repair service if the defect is not caused by human damage; if the defect is caused by human damages, we will charge for repair service.
