Introduction
Internal spring controlled shut-off nozzle mainly serves to solve the leakage of low density thermoplastic injection process, like PA, PP, PS, PE, which can improve production efficiency and save production cost, and its used lot in low-frequency injection process.
Mechanism
The needle is drove by internal spring and keep shutting automatically, during injection process, the injection pressure force the needle back to open the channel and ensure proper injection, after injection ends, pressure drops and needle will again lockup by spring and prevent material from leaking out of nozzle.

Assembling & Cleaning
The assembling of spring shut off nozzle is very easy and same as standard open nozzle, no require of additional knowledge or equipment, can directly change your current nozzle. Just make sure the assembling space is enough.
In case of cleaning situation, simply disassemble the front nozzle and spring house, remove the plastic by proper tools, if its tight, remove the front nozzle, start injection process, and it will be pushed out by melt pressure.
Not Applicable Situation
The opening & shutting of spring nozzle is totally decided by melted polymer pressure and not adjustable, which is not quite suitable for some high-speed injection or need precise synchronous control situation.
