As Brazil has regions that can reach temperatures from -17 to + 44 degrees Celsius, our machines were optimized over the years to resist to extreme conditions and to keep the same performance in various temperatures.
Each machine is personalized according the characteristics of each installation site. The air and water intake temperatures are the starting point to the project elaboration, in order to ensure the productivity with no loss.
By default we consider the ambient temperature of 35 degrees Celsius and the water intake of 25 degrees.
American, European and Chinese machines works by default with ambient temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and the water intake of 15 degrees.
This way our equipment spends less energy and take less time to chill the water before freezing it, resulting up to 40% higher yield in comparison with the competitors that doesnt have know-how to work with this coefficient.
