Premium Gulf Gasket (PGG) is a new industrial Gasket manufacturing facility which is subsidiary of Al Iman Gaskets (KSA) & Qatar German Gasket Factory (QATAR) started in the Sultanate of Oman to meet the unique gasketing requirements of Oman. Our proposed gasket factory is located in Sandan Industrial City Halban. Our factory will be equipped with latest technology which will produce high quality metallic and nonmetallic gaskets for industrial use. Our factory will be capable to produce all type of gaskets to meet your unique requirements as detailed below.
1, SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS Our proposed gasket factory capable for manufacturing all type of spiral wound gaskets varies from ½ to 60 Nominal Pipe Size according to ASME B16.20, BSEN 12560, EN 1514 and your specified dimensions with S304L, S316L, S321, S347, MONEL, INCOLOY 800/825, INCONNEL 600/625, DUPLEX, X750 And many other exotic material
2, HEAT EXCHANGER GASKETS (DOUBLE JACKETED/CAM PROFILE GASKETS) Heat Exchanger gaskets with various shapes and sizes can be produced in accordance with ASME B16.20 and customer specifications with wide range of material at your request.
3, RING JOINT GASKETS We will produce all type of ring joint gaskets (i.e., R-oval/octagonal, RX, BX series.) And sizes. All standard gaskets will be manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.20/ API 6A with soft Iron and S316 as standard materials. All other materials are available up on request.
4, NON-METALLIC GASKETS Non-Metallic gaskets shall be made of Non-Asbestos, Graphite, Rubber and Teflon as base materials. we will use raw materials from branded companies in Europe like SGL-GERMANY, REINZ GERMANY, GARLOCK -UK AND THYSSEN STEELS. Material Test Certificate according to EN 10204 3.1/2.2 can be supplied up on request with free of charge
5, Our strict Quality Assurance guarantees that all gaskets are manufactured according to the required standards.
