This machine consists of single screw extruder and film blowing tower, it is mainly used for testing the film blowing feasibility of polymer materials and the colloid status contained in the materials. The double-folded plastic film are made by compressed air huffing, vane cooling and frequency conversion traction and the plastic melt being extruded through dies at a certain temperature and certain cutting force. Single Screw Extruder
1.Screw material：It is made of 38CrMoAlA chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
2.Barrel material：It is made of 38CrMoAlA chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
3.Heating zone：Mica heaters in 3 areas of charging barrel and in 2 areas of handpiece. Each area has a copper cooling fin covered with security wind shield.
4.Cooling zone：Three groups of multi-wing fans to cool air quietly and strongly.
5.Quick change chuck：C-type snap ring coupling for fast and easy connection to the downstream equipment.
6.Electronic control system：PLC programmable 15-inch color LCD touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, extrusion process can be displayed and monitored dynamically, including interlocking control functions such as heating temperature control in each area, screw speed, melt pressure and switch stop.
