How to use
This product can be used in the living room, bedroom or the park with fresh air and many other occasions. When you need to use it, you should put the massage blanket flat on the ground (stones upside), and then wander on it with bare feet. Each time you should walk slowly for about 15 to 20 minutes and you only need to use it two or three times every day.
