• NOLZYME Phytase allows swine & poultry to better utilize the phosphorus and reduce use inorganic phosphorus in feed. It is universally known that the phytase are saving swine and poultry producers more money than ever before and offering additional benefits,  including reduction in phosphorus excretion rates and improvement of gain/feed ratios.
  Definition of ENOLZYME Phytase Unit(GB/T18634-2009):
  One ENOLZYME Phytase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole inorganic phosphorus per minute
  from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate at 37.0℃ and at pH 5.5.

  Under 25℃,  the activity conservation is 5900U/g,  heat the ENOLZYME Phytase at 70℃,  80℃ and 90℃ for 10 minutes,  the activity conservation is :

  The activity is more than 80% at pH4-6.5 and has best performance at pH5.0
